Common appears on a chair in a living room setting. He is here to talk with us and invite us in to his home and his life. There have been many developments in Common’s life and he explains to us how he has changed and how he has grown by becoming a father.
Late last month, Common performed at ACL Live for his “Let Love” tour where he got open and honest with fans about his life experiences. Common kicked off the concert with songs from his new album ” Let Love Have The Last Word”. Before every song, Common gave a short introduction to what each song meant to him. The audience attentively listened to each song carefully and bobbed their heads to the melodic beats.
Common laughed at one point when he noticed that some people in the audience were trying to sing along with his new songs even though they haven’t been released yet. The album finally dropped and became available on September 5, 2019.
Common performed his new songs the same way he performed his classics, with love and passion that only a true artist can do. In every word and every movement the audience could tell that he means what he says and that he truly beliefs every word he raps.
The audience remained captivated throughout the whole set and it was truly beautiful to see how many people Common’s music has touched. If there is ever an artist that you HAVE to see live, it’s Common.
