BEST JALAPENO POPPERS RECIPE EVEEEER!

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Jalapeno Peppers
  • 4 oz Regular Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1-12 oz Package of Original Bacon
  • Coconut Oil
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Baking Pan

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix 4 oz Regular Cream Cheese and 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cut the 6 Large Jalapeno Peppers in halves and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Using a spoon or your hands, fill in the voids of the Jalapeno Pepper halves with the cream cheese cheddar mixture.
  4. Take one slice of Original Bacon and wrap it around one of the filled Jalapeno Pepper halves.
  5. Repeat this process until all Jalapeno Pepper halves are filled with mixture and wrapped in bacon.
  6. Use Aluminum Foil to line a Baking Pan and then spread Coconut Oil over aluminum foil for extra moisture and protection against sticking.
  7. Put all raw Jalapeno Poppers on lined backing pan equally spaced.
  8. Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees.
  9. Once oven is pre-heated, put in Jalapeno Poppers on middle rack and bake for 22 minutes.
  10. At 11 minutes rotate baking pan to get an even bake all around.
  11. Take out Jalapeno Poppers then broil for 5 minutes. Take out after 5 minutes and your Jalapeno Poppers are ready!
  12. Let Jalapeno Poppers sit for 5-10 minutes to cool before eating.

Hope you enjoy my Jalapeno Poppers recipe! And hope to see you at the ATX BACONFEST on September 7 and 8, 2019!
