Yay! Finally sharing my Fried Rice recipe with you all! I know that I may make it different than some, but that is why this is MY recipe. Haha. Feel free to change, remove, or add anything to your liking. Cooking is art so we are all bound to do it differently. <3


TNL’s Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Jasmine Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Diced White Onion
  • 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 A Bag (about 8 oz) Frozen Peas & Carrots
  • 4 Cups Water
  • Fried Rice Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  1. Add Extra Virgin Oil to pan and heat to high medium
  2. Add Jasmine Rice to pan and stir and fry for about 8 minutes
  3. Add White Onion to pan and stir and fry for about 3 minutes
  4. Add Minced Garlic to pan and stir and fry for about 1 minute
  5. Add Frozen Peas & Carrots to pan and stir and fry for about 1 minute
  6. Add water to pan and change heat to high
  7. Add Fried Rice Seasoning Mix and Chicken Bouillon to pan and stir
  8. Cover pan and set timer for 12 minutes
  9. When you see the water start boiling (with the lid on), change heat to low heat
  10. In a different pan, add Extra Virgin Oil and heat to medium
  11. Scramble eggs in pan until about 3/4 way cooked
  12. Set scrambled eggs aside
  13. At 12 minutes, remove rice from heat, open lid, and stir rice
  14. Add cooked Scrambled Eggs, Soy Sauce, Salt, and Pepper to rice and stir
  15. Enjoy

The times above may be different depending on what kind of stove you have or how powerful your stove is. I always recommend testing out a recipe first before sharing it with your family and friends, just to be safe. :)
